Residential Permit Fees

$9.00 per $1,000 of the contract cost plus a $41.00 issuance fee.

Residential Plan Review Fees

$100.00 for dwellings under 2,500 square feet

$125.00 for dwellings over 2,500 square feet

$50.00 for dwelling addtions

$25.00 for dwelling renovation

$100.00 for major dwelling renovation involving over 50% of the structure.

Sub Contractor Permit Fees

$9.00 per $1,000 of contract cost plus a $41.00 issuance fee.

Land Disturbing Permit - $100.00

A Security Deposit may be assessed by the City Engineer

Failure to obtain any permits shall result in a penalty of $100.00 plus double permit fee

General Contractor License Fees - $300.00 plus $10.00 Issuance Fee

Sub-Contractor License Fee - $150.00 plus $10.00 Issuance Fee

 Any work commencing after July 1 will be prorated at one half of the above license fee plus $10.00 Issuance Fee

Additional Permit Fees

Demolition - $100.00

Moving - $100.00 permit fee plus a $10,000.00 bond and $1 million dollars of Liability Insurance

Street Cut - $100.00 (additional $2500.00 Bond required)

Tree Preservation - $40.00

Sign Permit Fees

Permanent Sign - $30.00
Temporary Sign - $25.00
Real Estate Sign - $25.00

Miscellaneous Permit Fees

Re-Inspection Fee - $50.00 (First Re-Inspection Fee is free)

Failure to Cancel Inspection - $40.00
