Before developing a parcel of land or move into an existing building, you will need to determine if the parcel is zoned for your desired use or if there are any special development considerations for your project.
The City Clerks office will be able to tell you the official zoning of the property or if there are any special consideration for your project. After the City Clerks office review process has been completed and zoning certificate of approval have been issued for the project, Building plans can be submitted to the Department of Building Safety for review.
