Cahaba Heights Community Plan Public Hearing
A public hearing for the adoption and approval of the Cahaba Heights Community Plan, developed as an extension of the Vestavia Hills Comprehensive Plan by a steering committee made up of Cahaba Heights residents, businesspeople and City representatives with assistance from planning consultants KPS Group, Inc. of Birmingham, Alabama and the transportation planning firm of Skipper Consulting, Inc., was presented and adopted with revisions by the Vestavia Hills Planning and Zoning Commission at their regular meeting of Thursday, November 13, 2008. This document was acknowledged by the Vestavia Hills City Council at their regular scheduled meeting of December 15, 2008, 5:00 PM.
A copy of the completed plan is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk, Vestavia Hills Municipal Center, 513 Montgomery Highway, Vestavia Hills 35216 or can be downloaded below.
