The Municipal Code of the City of Vestavia Hills has been republished by the Municipal Code Corporation of Tallahassee, Florida. This update was completed in 2008 and covers Ordinances adopted in the period April 18, 1951 through December 3, 2007.
On July 7, 2008, the Vestavia Hills City Council passed Ordinance Number 2241 which adopts this republished version as published by the Municipal Code Corporation as the Municipal Code for the City of Vestavia Hills. The Municipal Code is updated on a continuing basis and approved ordinances are posted to the site as soon as possible following adoption. Ordinances adopted following the republishing and prior to a supplement are listed under the heading "Ordinances not yet Codified".
